Booking Terms

• Check-In /out times are flexible to meet flight arrangements – please ensure that we are notified of your exact needs – normal check in times are 2pm, and check out time 10 am.
• Bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, crockery and cutlery are provided.
• Electronic bank transfers, cash and cheques are acceptable. Regret no credit card facility available.
• Deposit: - your reservation is only confirmed once we have received 50% of the booking value.
• The Balance of the booking value (50%) to be paid on arrival.
• Cancellation Policy:
• Fourteen days or more before arrival: 50% of booking value.
• Between fourteen and seven days before arrival: 75% of booking value.
• Day of arrival or later: 100% of booking value.
• We reserve the right to alter tariffs without prior notice, Confirmed bookings will not be affected by changes.
• Whilst all efforts have been made with regards to your security and safety, the owners are not liable for any losses, damages or injury of any nature by guests or their property on the premises.

We will Confirm all bookings by fax/ e-mail, after receiving the deposit.
